Directions 

1    On towel dried hair: cleanse with Light Shampoo, apply and work in. Rinse thoroughly after 5-10 minutes.
2    On dry hair: apply and work in. Rinse thoroughly after 10-15 minutes and use Light Shampoo after. Protect from UV light.
