Directions 

To Use: AM and PM
1    Massage Soothing Oat and Peptide Cleanser over dampened face, neck and closed eyes. Rinse and pat dry.
2    Apply a thin layer of Quick Relief Colloidal Oatmeal Treatment on affected areas one to three times daily or as needed.
3    Massage Daily Defense Colloidal Oatmeal Cream evenly over face and neck. Gently pat under eye area.
